How Should I prepare for my appointment?
Please do not add any extra product the day or night before your service. You do not have to come with your hair clean and ready for service (that’s for us to do). Please arrive on time so that you can maximize your experience and time with us (see late policy).
Late Policy
All appointments have a 15 minute grace period. If you are not inside of the salon by the end of your grace period you forfeit your appointment and will be charged 50% of the scheduled services. We ask that you arrive promptly to your appointment to avoid being late. Each session has an allotted time slot to fulfill the package chosen.
How do we define textured hair?

Cancellations
Please give 24 hours’ notice (or more) if you need to cancel an appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within the 24 hour window will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No shows and same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Booking A Full Sew-in Service
Your stylist will reach out to you 24-48hrs after booking. A date and time will be set for appointment upon consultation.
Our extension services are meant to provide protection to your hair. However, we suggest coming in for maintenance to ensure manageability, a healthy scalp/hair and longevity of style.
Client must provide the hair used for installation.
Stylist must approve the hair of choice to ensure the maximum result (longevity, blending (color, texture), and quality). It usually takes 4-5hrs to complete a sew in.
This does not include coloring extensions or your natural hair for blending. There will be an additional cost and time for coloring services. We will consult with you on your inspiration if you choose to color.
All extension services must be booked 2-3 weeks in advance.
Weekly Pricing (Special)
If you are interested in booking services weekly we offer a $15 off your service rate.
What is custom thermal styling?
A custom silk press is just that. We believe that you know your hair and how you like to wear and maintain it outside of your silk press and protective styles.
We will work with you to understand your preferences: low heat press or high heat press, press n’ comb or a just a flat iron (or both). Flat iron curls or curling iron curls. Flat iron waves or wave iron.
We get it, and your silk press should be custom to your wants. We know the limits and will always perform a healthy silk press no matter what.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds, but we will work with you to make any disappointments right. Our goal is to meet your expectations with respect to your stylist.
Allergies/Scalp Conditions
Please make your stylist aware of any scalp issues, allergies, or irritations prior to your service. We will ensure to survey your scalp and hair prior to your shampoo, but encourage you to share anything that will prevent you from having peaceful experience.
Booking A Highlighting Services
All highlighting services include a consultation prior to service. Please gather 5 or more inspiration photos to share with your stylist. Your stylist will expect them in order to consult with you on your goals and expectations.

We believe in transparent pricing, which means you will never encounter vague statements like "service costs $80 and up" from us. Our aim is for you to have peace of mind, knowing the exact price of your service without any surprises during your appointment. Rest assured that when you book with us, there are no hidden fees or undisclosed agendas.
What are the Rouxtine Packages?
We believe that the foundation of your haircare rouxtine begins at home. Introducing our tailored package designed to assess the condition of your hair comprehensively. This personalized service will delve into the specifics of your textured hair, from considering a new style to offering advice on products and techniques. Your hair will receive a bespoke treatment and essential nourishment during this 2 1/2 hour session. Feel free to bring any questions, images, or products you wish to discuss. Share your hair aspirations with us, and we'll work together to achieve them. We recommend scheduling this package if you visit the salon on a yearly or quarterly basis for services.
